This month I my peers and colleagues have spoken a lot on the plateau of pipelines and production. While the slow growth can be frustrating, the work is far from done! Strategies need to be strengthened and scaled to handle new terrain. I call this concept “Preparing for the flood.”

A CRM is short for Customer Relationship Management. CRM systems tend to hold names, contact information, and sometimes details on the connection. It’s a strong tool to centralize your contacts for product sales, announcements, follow-ups, email marketing, and more. You can also build groups/filters to reach out to contacts with certain attributes in bulk!
